Section 58
President or Parliament should not be threatened
(1) No one shall use any kind of force to prevent or deprive the President or the Parliament of Nepal from performing the work that should be done according to the constitution and laws or to force them to perform the work in a particular way, to threaten, show fear or panic or to pressure in any other way.
